A Medico-legal report is a document containing a Psychological Assessment and expert opinion of a registered Psychologist that can be used by plaintiffs or defendants in both civil and criminal court proceedings. These reports can also assist in personal injury claims and public liability claims.
A report can be used to determine the extent of injury / existence of remorse and the likelihood of reoffending.
